His career is over but that's the least of his concerns. He's looking at a long time in the slammer if he goes down on all those felony charges. He might as well enjoy "living in the moment" now while he can, before he heads off to the slammer. What a terrible waste. Stupidity, thy name is Jeff Hardy. McMahon must be elated that this didn't happen a couple of months ago. I'd love for WWE to acknowledge this with a CM Punk promo.

Definitely CM Punk all the way. I wouldn't be surprised if Punk, in character, does say something. It really is just that obvious and begging for it.

Words cannot even begin to describe the utter stupidity of Jeffrey Nero Hardy right about now though... just.... wow. EDIT: Jeff is claiming on his Twitter page that Matt Hardy is just learning about this with the rest of us and did not, in fact, bail him out. http://wrestling.insidepulse.com/2009/09/11/more-on-jeff-hardy-arrest/ Guess we just gotta have to take a wait and see approach here to find out what's true and what's bogus with a story like this at this early stage. But most likely if he agrees to go to rehab and complete a program he wont serve any jail time at all. This might be the best thing that ever happened to Jeff Hardy, maybe now he will get the help he needed.

If he ends up being guilty on multiple felony charges...I don't know if he can escape jail time.
