http://abc.go.com/shows/v Tonight - Pilot An image of Anna, the leader of the V's, is projected worldwide as she talks about people joining together; the V's are Tyler's ticket to being a part of something big; egotistical newscaster Chad gets an exclusive interview with Anna. 1.) This series should be great. 2.) Never saw the original, never cared to see the original. 3.) Morena Baccarin is awesome, and reason alone for me to watch. So, anyone else going to be watching the pilot of V tonight? |

Yeah, I'm going to try and catch it. Has all kind of promise and good buzz all over it. Going to be annoying to try and watch this with all the friggin' commercials, though. |

ABC is putting out some kick ass stuff this year, with this and Flashforward. For the first time in years, there's four none-comedy shows on network or cable that are "must watch TV" to me every week (this, Flashforward, Heroes and Stargate Universe). |

I didn't even know there was a new one, I watched a few minutes of the old series which is airing on Sci-Fi before flipping to something different. Will definitely have to give this a chance though. Stupid question: has this anything to do whatsoever with the movie V for Vendetta? |

Great news, ABC has renewed the series for a second season. I've loved the series and was concerned about it not getting brought back, since ABC practically killed the show with that unnecessary and long ass break after four episodes. The season one finale is this coming Tuesday, and it's looking like it will be a good one. Also dig the Stargate alumni on the show, with the most recent being Dr. Beckett from SGA. It needs to feature some Michael Shanks, Amanda Tapping and Cliff Simon though.

Awesome season one finale last night. I really hope they advertise the shows return heavily, and that they don't make show suffer another insanely long break during the season. |
