To me, to be a conservative means to conserve the good parts of America and to conserve our Constitution.
WWE X-one-X presents RAW (10/17/05)

---The show opened with Ric Flair coming out to discuss the rumors that he was bringing back the Horsemen in the form of he, Trips, Angle, and SB. He said that everyone wanted to know what the deal was with the four of them...but that they'd all have to wait until they wanted to talk. He said all we needed to know was that there was a movement started two weeks ago, and that it was going to lead to the most successful quartet in the history of professional wrestling...WOO!!

At that point, John Cena came out and said that he didn't care why the four of them were together or what they were called, he just wanted a piece of each of 'em...and he damn sure wasn't gonna let their movement go much further than it already has. Angle, Benjamin, and Trips came out to the ring and surrounded Cena...it appeared as if a beatdown was coming, but Sac came out to ringside and suggested a tag match. Trips grabbed a mic and said that he and Benjamin would be glad to make examples of them...and he hoped the Rock was watching...

----Triple H and Shelton Benjamin defeated World Champion Sac and John Cena in a 14-minute tag match - The finish came when Angle slammed Cena over the head w/ a chair while Trips and Sac brawled on the outside. SB then made the easy cover for the win. Trips, Angle, SB, and Flair had a chance to beatdown the both of them, but they confidently walked away...

---#1 Contender match for the World Tag Titles between Lion's Pack and Tajiri/Hurricane ended in a no-contest - before the match began, Big Show and Kane came down to the ring, cleared it of the L's P and destroyed Taj and 'Cane...Special T and K-Love fled the scene quickly, but Show got on the mic and told them to come down and get the pin so that they could become #1 contenders...they did not...

---Backstage, Y2J and HBK argued over who would have the best chance to beat Sac. Edge came in and told them not to worry, because they wouldn't get the chance, at which point Mattberg walked in, laughed, and reminded them that they only person in the room that had beaten Sac before was him, and he'd done it a million times. He then told HBK to make sure he was ready for their match later...HBK got in his face (sort of, M-berg is about 4 inches taller) and told him not to worry, b/c he would be.

---Kurt Angle defeated Rene Dupree via submission - short squash match...

---Backstage, Show and Kane entered EB's office and demanded that L's P become #1 contenders...EB denied them at first, but after Kane picked him up by the collar and lifted him to Show's eye level, the GM agreed, but didn't look happy afterward.

---Highlights aired of the 2004 Unforgiven main-event, which saw then World Champ HBK defeat Mattberg to retain the title.

---HBK defeated Mattberg in a 16-minute main-event match - (very good match...match of the month contender without a doubt)....Finish came when HBK reversed out of the Jackhammer and caught Mattberg with the same pin that he used to beat Chris jericho at Wrestlemania 19 (in real life). Mattberg ripped apart the announce table in frustration after the match, as HBK celebrated up the ramp as the show went off the air...

Updated Line-up for Taboo Tuesday (where you guys get to vote on the matches!)

World Champion Sac vs. A) Y2J B)Mattberg C) Edge or D) HBK
Cena vs. Angle and Benjamin in A) a cage B)tornado handicap or C) No-DQ

To me, to be a conservative means to conserve the good parts of America and to conserve our Constitution.
WWE X-one-X presents Monday Night RAW (10/24/05)

---The show opened with Ric Flair coming down to the ring and introducing Shelton, Kurt, and Trips individually. When all were accounted for, Flair said that the time had finally come for Nature Boy to let everyone in on the secret. You see for weeks, the talk has been all about how Naitch might have just reformed the Horsemen...but look into this ring, he said, do you see Arn Anderson, Ole Anderson, and Tully Blanchard? No, you don't...you see the greatest wrestler of all-time, Kurt Angle...the greatest professional wrestler alive today, Triple H...the 16-time World's Champion, Ric Flair...and the man that all three of us will mold into the greatest of all-time, Shelton Benjamin. Face it, people, this group right here is too good to be labeled under the same moniker as the Horsemen. Hell, this group right here would beat the Horsemen in a half a heartbeat. So, enough about the Horsemen...there are a ton of labels you could put on us: elite, best of the best, the aristocracy of wrestling...but it all comes down to one thing: we are the "it" thing in the world of professional wrestling, and it only gets better, baby. You're staring at the past, present, and future of this business...you're staring at the greatest Intercontinental Champion you'll ever see...you're staring at two guys who are about to run wild in the main-event once again...you're staring at the Establishment of the WWE.

Trips, Angle, and Benjamin each got their quick comments in, as well...and Angle got the closing word, saying he'd destroy Cena's career tonight when they had their Unforgiven re-match.

---Backstage, Kane asked Big Show if he was sure that he wanted him to face Special T. Of course, Kane would love to destroy one half of the Lion's Pack, but thought Show would want to do it himself. Show smiled, and said that if he faced Special T tonight, they wouldn't get to be on the TT card, because he'd kill his ass.

---Kane defeated Special T

---Backstage, Y2J walked into the dressing room and found HBK. Jericho apologized for his actions over the last few weeks, saying that he just wanted to have gold. He mentioned how frustrating it was to win the Rumble but not win the title...Jericho then left, leaving HBK with an emotionless look on his face.

---Chris Jericho defeated Edge via submission in a 15-minute match - Sac did guest commentary, citing that while the Establishment, as he shakily referred to it as, was a priority, retaining the World title was first on his list. Damn good match, and much better than the 10-minute Wrestlemania match...Edge nearly had it won, but Y2J moved out of the way of what could've been the match-deciding Spear and locked in the Walls for the win.

---Backstage, Todd Grisham caught up w/ Mattberg to ask him about his being the leader of the early poll for the Taboo Tuesday Title match. M-berg said he was surprised, but guessed that the people were smart enough to see that he was the best candidate to "carry' Sac to another great title match.

Chavo Guerrero then caught up with Todd, who he referred to as "whatever your name is" to make a challenge to the fans. He said that he wanted onto the Taboo Tuesday card, and that he'd take on anyone in the WWE to do it. So, he challenged the fans to choose any superstar in the entire company: SD, RAW, Legends, Divas, whoever...to face him at TT...

---Kurt Angle and John Cena wrestled to a no-contest after the 20-minute time limit expired - In a total war of a match that saw each man hit their own and each others finishers, and Angle hit 12 German suplexes before the seldom employed TV match time-limit expired. It looked as if Angle had it won at the 11-minute mark with the Ankle lock synched in, but Cena escaped. Then, it seemed as if Cena would win when he elbowed his way out of a German suplex and gave Angle the FU. Probably Cena's best match this year in terms of pure wrestling, but still a carry-job. He's progressing, though, and seems to have a 3-star match or better on nearly every outing (when he gets the time and right opponent).

To me, to be a conservative means to conserve the good parts of America and to conserve our Constitution.
WWE X-one-X presents Taboo Tuesday

---Handicap Match (Cage Match 66%, Tornado 3%, No-DQ 31%): Team Real (Shelton Benjamin and Kurt Angle) defeated John Cena at 5:50 - Not much of a match because there was no way to make Cena beating up on two world-class athletes in a cage believable. Angle and Benjamin made short-work of the Doctor of Thuganomics, and each climbed over the top of the cage at the same time. (*1/4)

---World Tag Team Championship (Gauntlet Match 70%, Tables Match 30%): Kane and Big Show (champs) defeated The Lion's Pack to retain at 9:58 - solid bout that was as good as it probably could've been. Special T and Show started out, and miraculously T pinned the 500 lb. giant...but not without some help. SD superstar Genesis hit the ring and hit a sitout powerbomb on Show...after BS was pinned, Kane came down and destroyed Special T. K-Love came out and put up a decent little fight, but Kane made short work of him and got the win. (**)

---Backstage, Todd Grisham revealed the results of the title match voting...Edge got 2.5%, Y2J got 31.5 %, HBK got 32%, and Mattberg got 34%. Mattberg simply smiled and walked off...Edge simply threw a facial fit and walked off...but Y2J blamed HBK for his not winning the vote. He said if HBK hadn't been around, he'd have easily taken all his votes and faced Sac. HBK made the same comment about Y2J...they stared each other down and each walked off in opposite directions.

---The Chavo Classic: Rey Mysterio (voted in by the fans by a narrow margin over Eddie Guerrero) defeated Chavo Guerrero at 7:08 - solid, but short bout (**)

---Backstage, Show was pissed...he went to Bisch's office and demanded to be apart of the Raw vs. SD match at Survivor Series so he could get his hands on Genesis. Bisch looked terrified at the sight of the steaming giant...and he had no words...Big Show broke down the door and walked away.

---Edge defeated Y2J and HBK at 17:09 - Very good match that saw Edge get the win when he hit the Impaler DDT on both men and then rolled up Jericho with a handful of tights. There were some excellent tag team maneuvers performed in this bout, but not by the former tag champions. Rather, HBK and Y2J each teamed up with Edge to hit some impressive moves. Perhaps the most impressive was Edge and HBK's electric chair-jumping neck breaker combination on Jericho. After the match, Y2J and HBK argued...eventually Jericho kicked HBK in the nuts and walked away disgusted. (****)

---Backstage, Triple H was interviewed about his upcoming match with the Rock. Actually, it wasn't much of an interview...the voting results were revealed (TLC 11%, Street Fight 39%, and 20-minute Ironman 50%)...Trips smiled, told Flair to stay in the back, and arrogantly walked away.

Triple H defeated the Rock 2 falls to 1 in a 20-minute Ironman match - Another very good match...The two battled tooth-and-nail in the first 12 minutes before Rock hit the Rock Bottom-People's Elbow combo on the Game to get the first fall. Trips then took over and finally scored his first decision w/ just four-minutes to go. The final 3 minutes were crazy, with a ton of counters to each man's finisher. Rock looked to have Trips beat with 50-seconds to go, as he delivered the Rock Bottom out of nowhere. However, Trips kicked out. Rock tried again for the Rock Bottom, but Trips countered and hit a reverse snap suplex to gain the decisive fall with just 14 seconds remaining. (****)

World Heavyweight Champion Sac defeated Mattberg at 14:53 - while not as good as their previous encounters, it was still excellent. They did a nice job of throwing in some new sequences to ensure that this match was different from their previous bouts. For example, Mattberg hit a 37-second delayed vertical suplex...and Sac picked up the pace by ducking several M-berg clothesline attempts before finally connecting with his seldom used running top rope springboard missile drop kick. Unfortunately, a rare mishap occurred, though, when confusion arose following a Mattberg Jackhammer. It appeared as if Sac was supposed to put his foot on the rope to break the pin attempt, but didn't. So, when the ref stopped his count to call for the foot on the rope and it wasn't there...it kinda sucked the life out of the match for a minute. They recovered nicely, though, and Sac got the win via the Sacrifice (SSP). (****)

To me, to be a conservative means to conserve the good parts of America and to conserve our Constitution.
Wrestling Matters is gone, and with it went my history of the X-one-X brand...

So, I'll quickly recap it...X-one-X was a brand I created while playing Wrestlemania X-8 for the Gamecube console. I essentially mixed the current stars with some new guys who I made up, and eventually transplanted all those stars onto Wrestlemania XIX for Gamecube...Thus, my brand is something I actually do...its not totally made up, but rather I actually enact the shows on the video game...so when you see star ratings and what not, that much really took place on the game and I just rated it as I saw fit...

Here are some of the superstars you may not be familiar with:

Chad Matthews- that's me...the arrogant, at times cocky heel whose wrestling style is a mixture between that of Trips and HBK. I am a former 3-time WWE Champion, am currently on Smackdown, and recently lost the title to Chris Benoit in an Ironman match at No Mercy. My finishers include the ATG (All-time Greatest, which is just a Pedigree), the Magic Flapjack (just a flapjack), the Sharpshooter, and the Toad Splash (frog splash).

Jeff "Sac" Sacrinty- the current World Champion on Raw is considered to be in the top 1% of the X-one-X workers...a simply dazzling in-ring talent who can do it all. He started in the biz as a CW Champion, holding that belt for a record 9 months. He went on to earn main-event status in feuds with Chad Matthews (culminating in the 2004 Match of the Year at Judgment Day) and his brother Mattberg, who he has feuded with off-and-on throughout 2005.

Mattberg- former 3-time World Heavyweight Champion and Raw superstar who is commonly known as the guy who looks like Goldberg, but can actually tear it up in the ring. He's had high profile feuds with all of Raw's top guys (from jericho to HBK to Triple H), but has found great success in feuding with his brother, Jeff.

"The Machine" Dean Koskinas- a former amateur wrestler that has earned tag team and United States gold on Smackdown. He is one of the rising stars in the WWE right now after having split from the APP, a faction led by his former friend Flyin' Bryan Costello, earlier this year. Along with fellow APP-member, Smith, Dean became a multi-time tag team champion, but has since made a name for himself in the singles ranks, defeating Costello at Wrestlemania and earning May Match of the Month honors in his Judgment Day bout with Kurt Angle.

'Flyin Bryan Costello- former CW and US Champion who was one of the most improved stars in the business in 2004, but has fallen into obscurity in 2005 with his once prominent APP faction dissolved. Costello has had notable feuds in the past with Sac, Undertaker, and John Cena.

Smith- former tag team champion on SD has really lost his way over on the Raw brand. He once faced Brock Lesnar on SD for the WWE title, but this once thought to be rising star has never really lived up to the potential he once showed.

Maverick- a journeyman of sorts who has wrestled all over the world, and can wrestle any style. Not much of a personality, though, and that's been his downfall in X-one-X. He started well enough with a high profile win over HBK in his PPV debut at Survivor Series 2003, but has since wandered around the mid-card divisions. He is a former IC Champion...

Genesis- just recently debuted in the summer of 2005, and has already earned PPV victories over both Rey Mysterio and Undertaker. He's the largest man in the WWE in terms of sheer size, and has the uncanny strength to boot. He made waves recently at Taboo Tuesday by costing Big Show a fall in the Gauntlet-style tag title match...despite not being slated for the show since he's on Smackdown. Finisher is a sit-out powerbomb.

Just to get anyone up to speed who wishes to brought up to speed, a month ago at the WWE X-one-X Raw 200th anniversary show, Vince McMahon announced plans for a 5-on-5 Survivor Series Elimination Match (planned long before the real WWE ever made mention of such plans of their own, i might add) in which the champions of each brand and four other superstars would battle for the rights to take the other brand's World title. Thus, if SD wins the SS match, they get the World title to go with the WWE title...

Currently, the Survivor Series card looks like this:

FIVE ON FIVE SURVIVOR SERIES ELIMINATION MATCH (for control of the other brand's World title): RAW (World Champion Sac and four other stars) vs. Smackdown (WWE Champion Chris Benoit, Chad Matthews, Genesis, Booker T, and one superstar yet to be named) ***note- originally, Christian was scheduled to be SD's 5th man, but he has since quit the company

United States Champion Batista vs. Randy Orton

John "Bradshaw" Layfield vs. "The Machine" Dean Koskinas

To me, to be a conservative means to conserve the good parts of America and to conserve our Constitution.
WWE X-one-X presents Monday Night RAW (11/7/05)

---The show opened with HBK coming down to the ring. He was about to speak, but Y2J's music interrupted, as Jericho followed suit. Once Jericho was in the ring, Michaels began to speak..."Well, well, well...you must have read my mind, Y2J...I was just about to call you out here...WE need to talk. About what you might ask? I'll tell ya..." ...HBK went on to say that despite all that had happened in the months leading up to Y2J's nut shut heard round the world at Taboo Tuesday, he never expected Y2J to take the low road. He said that they joined together because they were two guys who could set a dead tag team division on fire and do what they did best in the process: steal the show...

Y2J interrupted, and said that everything HBK said was true, but that Michaels couldn't possibly blame him for his actions at Taboo Tuesday. "Since May, I've had to field the same question night in and night out: (in childish voice) 'Y2J, it must be a thrill for you to team with a guy like HBK'. Quite frankly, there's only so many times one can be asked such a stupid question without wanting to snap and tell them to 'Shut the HELL up!' So, what do you expect, Michaels, I snapped..." He went on to say that HBK was a has-been...

HBK told Y2J that the way he was talking, he sounded like maybe he'd be interested in hearing the challenge he was going to make...you see, he was about to suggest HBK vs. Y2J for the Survivor Series (The crowd went nuts)...

Y2J said that HBK could bet his ass that he accepted...he said that since they were both obviously going to go out and steal the show on November 27, that he was going to not only guarentee he'd beat HBK, but that he'd put his job on the line...if Y2J loses, he'll leave Raw. HBK turned right around and put his job on the line, too...Thus, at Survivor Series, it'll be HBK vs. Y2J in a Loser Leaves Raw match.

---Backstage, Edge walked into Bischoff's office and was told that since he won the triple threat at Taboo Tuesday, that he'd be the captain of Team Raw at Survivor Series. Big Show walked in and reminded Eric that he wanted on the team to get at Genesis (and earn himself a title shot). Bisch conceded, citing that he didn't know if he had anyone else capable of stopping Genesis. Meanwhile, Edge left and was questioned by Todd Grisham about the rumored backstage citing of one, Matt Hardy. Edge said he didn't buy it since he put Hardy's career away at Raw 200...

---World Champion Sac defeated Ric Flair in an 11-minute match - pretty decent bout...Sac won with a Hurricanrana into a pinning combo...After the match, Angle, Trips, and Shelton came out and, along with Flair, surrounded the champion...Fortunately for Sac, his brother Mattberg interrupted...and told the four that they needed to back off. He said part of him would love to come down and help them kick the shit out of his brother, but that they all needed to remember that in less than 3 weeks, they'd need Sac to ensure the World title stayed on Raw...He also revealed that he was going to be on the Survivor Series team.

---Big Show defeated Edge via DQ - Edge got his ass kicked for 2 minutes, and then hit Show with a chair. Matt Hardy then made his return and eventually through Edge off the stage (edge landed awkwardly on his shoulder). After a lengthy commercial break, it was revealed that Edge had a separated shoulder. Bischoff went down to the ring and verbally berated Hardy for knocking Edge out of action. He proceeded to FIRE MATT HARDY...

---A recap of Taboo Tuesday aired...Joey Styles, the new announcer, mentioned that Cena was furious over his steel cage loss to Angle and Shelton.

---Backstage, Bisch pleaded with Angle, Trips, Flair, and Benjamin to help Raw at Survivor Series. Angle laughed, and told Bisch that he should've asked them to be the first guys on the team...weeks ago. Trips stepped in and said they knew what was at stake, though, so they'd help. Angle and Trips agreed to be on the team...but each said they'd need some assurances from Bisch anyway. EB looked puzzled, but Shelton stepped in and said "they want title shots, man." EB said he'd make sure they got what they deserved...

---Kane defeated Shelton Benjamin to become the Intercontinental Champion - In what was a fairly solid 15-minute match, Benjamin dished out all he could to the Big Red Machine, but not-even Kurt Angle's interference could prevent a title change. Of course, Kane did have some help...and it came in the form of an enraged John Cena, who first came out and thwarted any further involvement from the Olympic Hero. Cena would later play a grand part in the finish, as he blind-sided the IC Champ with the IC title belt. Despite the belt shot that sent him walking right into an attempted choke slam, SB showed resolve in kicking Kane in the thigh...unfortunately, Shelton was still dazed from Cena's slugging, and fell victim to Kane's second choke slam attempt.

The show faded to black with Kane and Show celebrating in the ring with all their gold, and Cena pointing and showing furious passion toward Shelton and Angle.

WWEXONEX.COM is reporting that Eddie Guerrero, who died on Sunday morning, will be featured on both shows this week. Vince McMahon will appear on Raw tomorrow night to address the situation. Meanwhile, rumor has it that Eddie Guerrero was rumored to have been the x-factor in the Survivor Series Elimination match...in fact, using his Long Shot Title match, he was scheduled to have won the World title in SD's last ditch effort to keep a championship on their show. Obviously, if the rumor was true, then plans would now need to be changed...

Meanwhile, Friday Night SD results were as follows:

-Angle, Trips, Flair, and Benjamin showed up...taunted SD...Benoit and Book came out to taunt them...didn't work...The Raw guys resolve was strong
-Randy Orton def. Rey Mysterio (Batista promo followed...he said he'd risen above Orton since they left Evo...at Survivor Series, he'll prove it)
-Batista def. Mav (Orton attacked him afterward- *explains the Batista injury*)
-Backstage, Bryan asked Chad for help...said his career had hit rock bottom.
-Dean Koskinas def. JBL (via count-out)
-Backstage, TRL asked the SD superstars for help in replacing Christian...he turned to Eddie (RIP), but Guerrero showed little interest
-WWE Champion Chris Benoit battled Booker T to a no-contest (Angle, Trips, and Co. interfered and beat them down...

The following X-one-X production is in honor of Eddie Guerrero...

WWE X-one-X presents Monday Night RAW (11/14/05): In Remembrance of Eduardo Gory Guerrero (1967-2005)

---The show opened with Chavo Guerrero and the rest of the RAW superstars standing on the stage. An emotional Chavo initially couldn't even speak amongst the tears and thousands of screaming fans chanting "Edd-ie, Edd-ie, Edd-ie!" When he could finally control his emotions, Chavo spoke of growing up with Eddie, and how he was more like a brother than an uncle. He said that on behalf of all the fans, all the boys in the back, and the entire Guerrero family, he thanks Eddie for all the memories, all the love, and all the wonderful things he brought to all of us...

---Sac and Mattberg told their favorite XIX Eddie moment, which was when he and Chris Benoit took them to dinner for having the best match at Wrestlemania 21..."not a cheap dinner either, and they paid..."

---Joey Styles and Jerry Lawler reminded everyone of the circumstances surrounding Eddie's death, and said that tonight the show is taking place because Eddie would've wanted it too...and that tonight, what you see in the ring is for Eddie...Styles said that tonight, Chavo and Shelton would challenge Kane for the IC title in a triple threat...and that members of Team Raw would team up in tag action...they each said that their hearts go out to the Guerrero family...

---Kurt Angle told his favorite XIX Eddie moment...when Eddie beat him in a memorable match in May 2004.

---World Heavyweight Champion Sac and Mattberg defeated The Lion's Pack in a six-minute tag match - Sac and Matt wore Eddie Guerrero shirts, and after Sac got the win with a Baldo Bomb on Special T, he took the mic and said that he missed Eddie...and that he'd never forget him...Matt said the same, and the brothers hugged in what appeared to be prayer.

---Backstage, Triple H, Big Show, and Ric Flair reminisced about their favorite Eddie moments. Hunter's was when he hugged Eddie backstage after he (Eddie) had beaten Brock Lesnar to win the WWE Title at Mania XX. Flair's was just seeing him win the title...Show's was really funny...he talked about how prior to their match at this year's Judgement Day PPV, Eddie was making him laugh so hard that when they actually had to get serious and do their match, he almost couldn't. In fact, he was so tickled that at one point during their match when it looked like he was in terrible pain, he was actually laughing his ass off.

---Triple H and Big Show defeated Tajiri and Hurricane in a six-minute tag match - Big Show got the win with a chokeslam on Hurricane. After the match, Show and Trips pointed to the sky and mouthed "We love you, Eddie"

---Chris Benoit and the Smackdown superstars came out to the top of the stage and Benoit said his goodbyes to Guerrero. He cried the entire time, and had to stop on many occassions just to gather himself. You could feel the emotion in the crowd...

---John Cena recalled his favorite moment of Eddie...he said that he was actually the first one to face Eddie when he debuted with XIX..."Eddie won...but he taught me a lot in that one match...then he taught me so much more...people could learn alot from hearing his story, and I encourage any WWE fan to come ask me about it if they see...no matter where, no matter when."

---Chavo Guerrero defeated Kane and Shelton Benjamin to become Intercontinental Champion in a 14-minute match - (Very good match) - The crowd chanted wildly for Chavo the whole, mixing in Chavo chants w/ Eddie chants before finally settling on the more familial "Guerrero" chant. At one point near the 10-minute mark, Chavo caught Shelton with a backslide, and with Kane on the outside, the building was ready to explode for the title change. However, Shelton kicked out at the very last second. The fans didn't boo, though, they just kept on cheering on Chavito. The finish came when Shelton and Chavo combined to give Kane a leg sweep-clothesline combo, but Shelton walked right into a Chavo Guerrero victory roll. Chavo got the win, became IC Champ, and celebrated with his family amongst "Eddie" and "Chavo" chants...

Goodbye, Eddie, we'll miss you...

wwexix.com is reporting that the WWE is planning on rebuilding the CW division, and using the likes of Bryan Costello, Rey Mysterio, and Hurricane Helms to do so...Mysterio and Costello are said to be rather lukewarm on the issue, but the WWE insists that they have a long-term plan to make the CW title prestigious. Of course, the belt was more or less an afterthought when it was vacated by Chavo Guerrero in June after Chavo was drafted to Raw. Also of note, the WWE plans on running the Raw vs. SD feud a little longer to help SD deal with the losses of Guerrero, Christian, and Batista (scheduled for surgery after SS).

->SD Results from 11/18/05<-

-All the Superstars were in the ring...Vince spoke of the backstage plans to make Guerrero champion (soon)...Benoit spoke as well...
-Matt Hardy debuted and defeated JBL when Dean Koskinas interfered
-Backstage, Hardy told SD GM TRL that he'd be Christian's replacement...Teddy agreed
-Genesis and Chad Matthews teamed up at TRL's insistence to defeat Maverick and William Regal (after the match, Flyin' Bryan presented Chad with a video tribute to his career...Chad was quite impressed...)
-Randy Orton cut a promo on Dave Batista's injured back...Batista responded and said he could still beat Randy at Survivor Series. Orton appeared to be set for a strike on Batista, but when Dave showed obvious pain in reacting to Randy's advances, the Legend Killer back away and laughed...
-Chris Benoit defeated Rey Mysterio, Chris Jericho, and Chavo Guerrero in an interpromotional, non-title, tribute match to Eddie Guerrero. Very good match...

WWE X-one-X presents Monday Night RAW (11/21/05)

---The show kicked off with Eric Bischoff in the ring standing before Team Raw. He introduced Triple H, Angle, Mattberg, Big SHow, and World Champion Sac, and made note that everyone of them was a former champion. He said he needed them to be a cohesive unit, so he was putting them in tag team matches tonight...and hopefully, by the end of the night, they'd be a well-oiled machine ready to take down SD and bring both World titles to Raw.

---Mattberg and Big Show defeated Ric Flair and Shelton Benjamin via DQ in a 10-minute tag match - The finish came when Flair got himself disqualified. Show and Mattberg showed some solid teamwork...

---Chris Jericho had Shawn Michaels as his guest on the Highlight Reel. Jericho ran down how incredible their match at Survivor Series would be, and that he would be the one stealing the show (before HBK came out). Shawn then made his way to the ring and told Jericho that he wished they could just put their differences aside and dedicate their sure fire MOTY candidate to Eddie Guerrero...but they can't, bc the contract states "Loser Leaves Raw" and there's no getting around it. He said he'd beat Jericho, and once again prove why they call him the Showstopper. They each said some final words...and slowly walked away from each other.

---Backstage, Angle, Trips, Flair, and SB approached Mattberg and Show. Angle wanted to know what their problems were, and why they had to bang up their guys. Show countered and wanted to know what the hell the meaning of lowblowing him was...Mattberg and Angle had words (which popped the crowd)...World Champion Sac came in, though, and cooler heads prevailed. He said the most important thing right now was winning on Sunday...we need a plan...we need a backup plan...we need a backup plan for the backup plan...point-being, we CANNOT lose the World title..."What do we shoot for without it?"

---Chris Jericho defeated John Cena via submission in a 12-minute match - damn solid stuff here from these guys. Cena is getting better by the week...Angle and Benjamin watched the match (and Styles reminded the TV audience that wwexix.com had announced Shelton vs. Cena for Survivor Series). They did not interfere, though, just stood at ringside and watched. However, their presence distracted Cena long enough for Jericho to catch him unware with the Walls...Cena fought through the walls twice before, but couldn't do it a third time. Benjamin smiled in Cena's direction as we went to commercial.

---Shawn Michaels defeated Smith in a 6-minute match - HBK hit Sweet Chin Music for the win...Smith looked good in the loss, though. After the bout, Y2J made an appearance and made like he was going to attack HBK...however, he backed off, smiled, and pointed to him...

---Triple H and Kurt Angle wrestled Kane and Intercontinental Champion Chavo Guerrero to a no-contest in a 17-minute main-event tag match - Interesting work between Chavo and Kane, since Chavo took the IC title off him last week....they did fine together. Chavo looked out of place in the early going, but once he got the hot tag at around the 10-minute mark, he did really really well. The finish came when Team Smackdown (Chad Matthews, Matt Hardy, Genesis, Booker T, and WWE Champion Chris Benoit) made a surprise attack from all angles of the building...Sac, Mattberg, and Show came out to even the odds. Genesis brawled with Show, Chad brawled with Sac, Mattberg brawled with Booker T, Angle brawled with Hardy, and Trips brawled with Benoit...The show then closed with a wide-angled shot of all 10-men beating each other's butts...

wwexix.com is doing their best to keep the winner of the Survivor Series Elimination Match (for the possession of both World titles) under wraps...Rumor has it that SD is too depleted to suffer the loss of the WWE Championship...but rumor also has it that the WWE has no intention of taking the World title off their "flagship" brand...furthermore, there are numerous reports that a superstar may "jump ship" and help the other brand win...

SD Results (11/25/05):

-Flyin' Bryan called Chad Matthews to the ring. Immediately, Chad thanked him again for the touching video tribute from last week. Bryan said that he wanted to prove to him that he was worthy of Chad's help in getting his career back on track, which is why he's got another surprise for Matthews. "Chad, the talent dept. owed me a favor, and I pulled some strings...so, without further ado, allow me to introduce SD's newest superstar: your brother, L.P. Matthews!" Out came L.P. Matthews, Chad's younger brother. Chad looked shocked, but thrilled, and the two embraced...the three walked to the back together...

-Rey Mysterio defeated William Regal in singles action with the West Coast Pop

-Backstage, Teddy Long was interviewed and said that Team Smackdown had the night off. He said Bisch might want his superstars to go through warm-up matches to make sure they're ready, but he wants his stars well rested.

-Flyin' Bryan Costello (w/ Chad and L.P. Matthews) defeated Maverick...clean win...no interference, just lots of congratulatory slaps and comments

-Backstage, US Champ Batista cut a promo about how his injury was severe, but that it wouldn't stop him from beating Orton this weekend...

-Randy Orton and JBL defeated "The Machine" Dean Koskinas and US Champion Batista in tag team action when Batista got the hot tag from Dean, but was unable to do much of anything. With Batista grimacing, Orton hit the RKO for the win...

-The entire Raw roster (yes, the whole roster) made their way to the ring led by security and Eric Bischoff. Team Raw took the initiative in speaking on the microphone, with Triple H saying that they did what they wanted, when they wanted...and Sunday, we'll take the WWE Championship. Sac and Mattberg said they'd each look forward to getting their hands on fresh talent and old rivals, w/ Sac mentioning Chad, and Mattberg mentioning the likes of Booker and Benoit. Angle then took the mic and said there wasn't a member on the SD team that could touch him. At that point, Genesis came out to his theme music and waltzed RIGHT THROUGH the security and Raw guys surrounding the ring. Big Show stepped up to the plate, though, and gave the fans a preview for Sunday. The rest of Team SD came storming through the curtain, but Angle, Trips, Sac, and Mattberg hopped over the rail and let them brawl with the Raw roster. SD's roster came out to help, and the show closed with SD and Raw brawling...very similar to Raw's end...

Final Survivor Series card

Team Raw (Kurt Angle, Triple H, Mattberg, Big Show, and World Champion Sac) vs. Team Smackdown (Chad Matthews, Genesis, Booker T, Matt Hardy, and WWE Champion Chris Benoit)...the winner receives the right to the other brand's World title

Loser Leaves Raw: Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Jericho

United States Champion Batista vs. Randy Orton

Shelton Benjamin vs. John Cena

"The Machine" Dean Koskinas vs. John "Bradshaw" Layfield

WWE X-one-X presents Survivor Series 2005

---Opener: Shelton Benjamin vs. John Cena - The action was fast and furious from the get-go, and despite this not being a no-DQ match, Cena continually tried to use foreign objects. Shelton managed to dodge each attempt, though. Cena got the first near fall of the match with a Protoplex. Shelton eventually hit the T-Bone for a very close two-count. The finish came a little earlier than expected when Cena reversed Shelton's German suplex attempt and hit the FU for the win. Cena defeated Shelton at 5:56 (CMV1 rating- **) (CMV1 note- too short, but good while it lasted)

---"The Machine" Dean Koskinas vs. John "Bradshaw" Layfield - Each competitor kicked out of his opponents finisher in the early going, and JBL would later kick out of two more of Dean's Eye Openers before suplexing Dean onto a steel chair on the outside while the ref's back was turned...and then hitting a powerbomb in the middle of the ring to get the win. JBL defeated Dean at 13:30 (CMV1 rating- ***) (CMV1 note- Dean continues to impress with his ability to carry lesser talent)

---Loser Leaves Raw: HBK vs. Y2J - Started off with each man trying to steal the other's thunder. They matched each other move for move and taunt for taunt until Jericho got the Walls locked in...HBK found his way out and rolled Jericho up, but Y2J reversed into a roll-up of his own for what was thought to be the decisive pin at 10:05...However, the ref reversed his decision and ordered the match to continue. A furious Y2J controlled for the next few minutes, and was further frustrated when HBK kicked out of not one, but two Lionsaults. HBK then took control and eventually had Y2J set-up for Sweet Chin Music, but Jericho caught the attempt and locked in the Walls. Miraculously, HBK escaped...Jericho stayed on the offensive and grabbed Michaels by the hair...However, HBK elbowed him right in the jaw and then connected with the super kick out of nowhere for the win. HBK defeated Y2J at 18:39 (CMV1 rating- ****) (CMV1 note- not a MOTY candidate, but still very good...it'll probably be awhile before we see Jericho again)

---Backstage, Team Smackdown was interviewed. Each man stated why they thought they'd win.

---United States Champion Batista vs. Randy Orton - Short match that just gave the injured Batista a chance to drop the title while still performing. He was able to throw Orton around a little in the early going, but once Orton targeted the back, it was pretty much all over. Dave tried for the Batista Bomb, but Orton reversed into a small package for the win. Orton defeated Batista to become the new US Champion at 3:59 (CMV1 rating- 3/4 *) (CMV1 note- hard to rate due to Batista's injury...)

---Backstage, Team Raw was interviewed (see SD interview)

---Team RAW (World Champion Sac, Mattberg, Triple H, Kurt Angle, and Big Show) vs. Team Smackdown! (WWE Champion Chris Benoit, Chad Matthews, Genesis, Matt Hardy, and Booker T) - Trips and Chad started off with some great action. They each hit some of their signature spots. Trips then went for the Pedigree, but Chad reversed and hit the ATG (which is a Pedigree). Trips kicked out, though, and Chad couldn't believe it. Chad tried for a running knee, but Trips dodged it and hit the Pedigree on him. HHH eliminated Chad Matthews at 7:37. Genesis then came in and totally destroyed Triple H. Genesis eliminated Triple H at 9:57. The much anticipated showdown between the largest athletes in the WWE came next, as Big Show entered the ring to face Genesis. Genesis tossed Show around with surprising ease, though, and even suplexed him off the top rope. Show came back though, and hit some power moves of his own. He went for the chokeslam, but Genesis reversed and hit a Gut-wrench suplex into a powerbomb pin. Genesis eliminated Show at 14:12. Mattberg came in next to try and stop Genesis's roll. He did surprisingly well, but Genesis again took over and threw him around. Mattberg eventually gained enough momentum to put Genesis down with a Jackhammer, but he kicked out at one! M-berg distracted the ref, though, allowing Angle to slam him in the face with the World title belt. Mattberg then hit a second Jackhammer to put him away. Mattberg defeated Genesis at 18:17. Booker T then joined the fray and went toe-to-toe with M-berg for several breathtaking minutes. These two worked really well together, and found themselves on the outside several times initiating SD-RAW brawls w/ the remaining guys. Book hit Matt with the Scissor's kick but failed to capitalize. He then attempted a jumping crescent heel kick, but Mattberg ducked it and caught the former champion with a German Suplex into a bridged pin. Mattberg eliminated Booker T at 24:52. Matt Hardy was next...and he showed why he was in the match with some really exciting offense (moonsaults, top rope leg drops, swinging DDTs) on Mattberg and Angle. M-berg still dominated, though, and looked to put things away when he hit his Jackhammer finisher. However, Hardy managed to kick out. Mattberg stayed on him and hit a Gore, but his cockiness showed through when he celebrated by giving a cutthroat symbol in Benoit's direction. Hardy capitalized w/ a roll-up. Hardy eliminated Mattberg at 32:12. Before Matt made his way to the back, he pitched a fit and drilled Hardy with a chair. Angle quickly ran in and took advantage. Hardy tried to fight back, but fell victim to an Angle Slam. Angle eliminated Hardy at 34:20. Sac wanted in the match, but Angle insisted on taking down Benoit alone. Angle and Benoit did some fantastic mat-wrestling, and they traded submission finishers. Angle's demise came when he attempted an Angle Slam on Benoit, but had it countered and turned into a small package. Benoit eliminated Angle at 38:20. That left the two champions to battle it out. Sac took control early with a high flying array, but Benoit eventually grounded him by focusing on his legs. Benoit tried some high risk stuff of his own, but Sac countered and the X-Factor for a near fall. Benoit eventually locked in the Crossface, but Sac countered. A hectic, wild display of near falls, holds, and counterholds followed for about a four-minute span before Sac hit Benoit with a German suplex off the top rope, but wrapped his legs around the ropes, so that he was able to hang on and get right up into position on the top turnbuckle. Sac then went for the Sacrifice (SSP), but Benoit moved and eventually hit him with 6 consecutive German suplexes. The two battled around ringside area soon after. Back in the ring, Sac poised himself for a second X-Factor attempt. However, Benoit countered and hit a release German suplex. He then climbed to the top and drilled Sac with a Diving Headbutt. 1...2...3!!! Benoit eliminated Sac at 54:26. Thus, Smackdown defeated Raw to win the right to the World Heavyweight Championship. (CMV1 rating- *****) (CMV1 note- absolutely the most well put together match of the year. It may not win MOTY, but it certainly deserves a lot of votes as the only 5-star rated match of 2005, thus far. Dramatic and exciting throughout with a fantastic final 14-minutes provided to you by Benoit and Sac).

To me, to be a conservative means to conserve the good parts of America and to conserve our Constitution.
WWEXIX.COM is reporting that PPV buys for Survivor Series are not good...and that TV ratings have taken a major hit, as well. Sources say that part of the reason is due to loss of the Wrestling Matters forum market. X-one-X will be taking drastic steps to garner interest in their product...

Here are the show results from the last few weeks, as well as the final card for this weekend's Armageddon PPV, which features 3 interpromotional match-ups. I encourage you to read the Survivor Series recap to understand the situation regarding the World Heavyweight Championship...

Raw (11/28/05)
-Bisch sadly tells he doesn't no what to do about World title
-Chavo defeated Tajiri to retain IC title
-Sac says he's going to SD to get his title back...Angle and Co. ask him if he needs help...He says he doesn't need it or want it. Mattberg makes the save! Sets up 6-man Elimination Tag main-event.
-The Lion's Pack defeated Show and Kane in non-title tables match
-Edge vented his frustrations
-Angle-Trips-Shelton defeated M-berg-Sac-Cena (Cena-Shelton counted out...M-berg eliminated by Angle...Sac eliminated by Trips...heavy interference)

SD (12/02/05)
-Team SD w/ TRL...Long announces tourney to crown new WH Champ...Sac shows up...says his contract states he gets rematch. Thus, tourney winner faces Sac
-Benoit defeated Maverick. Afterwards, JBL attacked Benoit with a chair
-Genesis defeated Matt Hardy to advance in the tournament
-backstage, Benoit demands match w/ JBL. Long needs PPV main-event...thus, they'll face each other at Armageddon.
-Orton celebrates US title win...Dean interrupts...cocky face to face...challenge made, challenge accepted for Armageddon match.
-backstage, Costello and LP Matthews approach Chad about a big interpromotional idea.
-Booker T defeated Chad Matthews to advance in the tournament

Raw (12/05/05)
-Cena defeated Smith. Post-match Bisch announcement of qualifying for 2nd annual Final Resolution Match (at NYR)
-backstage, Angle, Trips, and Co. make an offer to Mattberg that he "shouldn't refuse" to join their little stable. Matt says he and his bro have at least one thing in common...they don't need any help from those guys.
-Big Show/Kane and Lion's Pack went to no-contest when Costello and Matthews (LP) showed up and hit springboard conchairtos on the tag champs
-backstage, LP and Bryan hightailed it, but told Show and Kane to come to SD
-The Edge Show debuted- he interviewed Sac, and then M-berg about their recent alliance. M-berg started to say something heartfelt, but Angle interrupted. It lead to a match for the 12/12/05 Raw b/t Mattberg and Angle
-HBK defeated IC Champ Chavo Guerrero and Shelton Benjamin to earn a spot in the four-man Final Resolution Match at New Year's Revolution.

SD (12/09/05)
-JBL explains that his attack on Benoit last week was about him getting a title shot...and Benoit took the bait. Benoit came out and cut a promo...then Orton came out and claimed to be the biggest star on the show...then Dean came out and called bullshit on that...this led to...
-JBL and Orton defeating Koskinas and Benoit when JBL pinned Benoit.
-backstage, Chad told Bryan to go face LP (and let him win)
-LP and Bryan fought to a no-contest when Show/Kane came out. An Armageddon match was made featuring Matthews/Costello vs. Kane/Show for the World tag titles.
-Chad made an open challenge for a match...Matt Hardy answered the call...Hardy and Matthews went to a no-contest when they brawled throughout the crowd.
-Raw's Hurricane Helms, Tajiri, and K-Love showed up and demanded the CW title be brought back. TRL obliged, and set up a CW Open for Armageddon...3 SD and 3 Raw
-backstage, Teddy asked Rey Mysterio to win the CW title and keep it on SD. Rey looked apathetic, and told Teddy he'd think about it.
-Tournament Final: Genesis defeated Booker T (Sac did commentary)- Book was going for the Harlem Hangover, but Genesis made it to the top before he could attempt it, and brought Book down (off the top rope mind you) with a twisting cross-arm breaker. Book was injured, and tapped...but Genesis had to be pryed off him by multiple officials. Genesis eyed Sac to close the show.

WWE X-one-X presents RAW (12/12/05)

-The show opened with the Edge Show...his guest was none other than HBK, who currently stands as the lone participant in the Final Resolution Match. Edge reminded him that he was involved in last year's bout, and it gave him the, no-pun intended, edge he needed to go on and beat hBK for the World title later that month at Royal Rumble. HBK laughed, and reminded Edge that he won last year's Final Res match, and only lost the title to Edge because of an overturned decision. The two jaw-jacked a little more, and we found out that Edge would face Mattberg in a qualifier next week.

-Shelton Benjamin and Smith defeated Chavo Guerrero and Hurricane - Shelton pinned Chavo.

-Backstage, John Cena was interviewed about his qualifer, coming up next week against his nemesis Kurt Angle. He said that it was Angle's time to fall...it was Angle's time to bow down and be passed over. Next week, he said, will be the week that Cena finishes what he started, and goes on to win the Final Resolution match.

-Triple H and Ric Flair defeated The Lion's Pack - Solid bout, but short...After the match, Triple H said that it was high time he and Flair became World Tag Champs again, and that if it meant going through those puny youngsters from SD or the seven foot fat guy and his absent minded tag partner, then so be it. "We're challenging the tag champions, whoever they may be, to a match at New Year's Revolution."

-Backstage, Show and Kane siad they'd destroy Costello and LP Matthews this Sunday, and then happily accept Triple H's challenge.

-Backstage, Sac wished his brother luck against Angle. Bischoff interrupted and told Matt that all parties would be barred from ringside.

-Kurt Angle defeated Mattberg in a 25-minute main-event - pretty phenomenal match, here, a four-star effort to be sure. A whole bunch of counters, a whole bunch of near falls, good for a legitimate match of the year candidate.

SD Results from 12/16/05

-Chad Matthews debuted his interview segment. He talked about Hardy and their match at Armageddon...but then interviewed Sac and Genesis about their match for the vacant World title. They did a little back and forth banter, and Genesis closed by telling Sac to sit ringside for his upcoming match against Maverick.
-Genesis beat Mav when he caught him in mid-Frog Splash and gave him a spinebuster in one fluid motion. He stared Sac down...
-"The Machine" Dean Koskinas defeated William Regal...After the match, Orton poised himself for an attack, but when he went to strike...Dean turned around and smiled right in his face. Orton and Dean exchanged confident looks...
-backstage, LP, Bryan, and Chad talked Armageddon. Bryan and LP said they'd entered the CW battle royal...Chad didn't think that was a good idea...he wanted them focused on Show and Kane. Bryan assured him they'd walk away with multi-gold.
-JBL came out and showed a video of what his title reign could be like. It had clips of him touring the World and being an ambassador. Benoit came out and the two brawled...JBL hightailed it eventually...
-Hurricane Helms and Tajiri (w/ K-Love) defeated Rey Mysterio and LP Matthews. Mysterio looked apathetic about teaming w/ LP. Helms pinned Rey after a ref bump and triple team.
-Costello (w/ LP and Chad) defeated Kane (w/ Big Show). The finish came when Chad whacked Kane w/ a chair, allowing Bryan to hit a springboard into the Cost Effect (diamond cutter).

Final Armageddon card:
-WWE Champion Chris Benoit vs. JBL
-World Heavyweight Championship: Sac vs. Genesis
-World Tag Champs Big Show and Kane vs. Flyin' Bryan Costello and L.P. Matthews
-United States Champion Randy Orton vs. "The Machine" Dean Koskinas
-Matt Hardy vs. Chad Matthews
-CW Open: Costello vs. LP Matthews vs. Rey Mysterio vs. K-Love vs. Hurricane Helms vs. Tajiri

To me, to be a conservative means to conserve the good parts of America and to conserve our Constitution.
WWE X-one-X presents Armageddon

---Cruiserweight Open for the vacant CW title - Superstars came out at random...started off with Costello pinning Tajiri after the Cost Effect. Bryan then pinned K-Love. LP Matthews made his official debut and pinned Bryan, who he'd later team up with to face the World Tag Champs, with a split-legged moonsault. Rey then pinned LP, leaving Mysterio vs. Hurricane Helms to decide the title. Helms used the banned Vertebreaker to pin Rey and win the title at 10:33. Cole mentioned that the move was illegal...(CMV1 rating- *3/4) (CMV1 note- solid bout at times, but didn't get enough time to feel important...Oh well...the end was damn cool)

---Chad Matthews vs. Matt Hardy - After a slow start, the action heated up when Hardy made his comeback at around the 8-minute mark. Hardy at one point hit three consecutive Twists of Fate, but Matthews capitalized on Hardy's failure to make the cover. Hardy went for a top rope leg drop to put it away...giving Chad the chance to move and hit the ATG for the win at 12:27....(CMV1 rating- **3/4) (CMV1 note- not so good at the beginning, but pretty damn good at the end made this a mixed bag of a match to rate. It turned out fine, but not well enough to expect this feud to continue much longer).

---United States Champion Randy Orton vs. "The Machine" Dean Koskinas - Tazz called it a battle of the two cockiest superstars in the WWE...and it lived up to that billing. Dean and Randy just never seemed to lose their confidence throughout this near 12-minute bout. It's been said that Dean has become the guy SD goes to when they need a good mid-card carryjob. This wasn't a carry job, but it was the best match that Orton's had in 2005. The finish came when Dean pinned Orton to win the title at 11:30 when he caught Randy during an RKO attempt and hit a German suplex into a bridged pin....(CMV1 rating- ***) (CMV1 note- this feud needs to continue, and likely will since these two work so well together. There were a few times during this bout where the two were achieving some really brilliant sequences).

---World Heavyweight Championship Match: Sac vs. Genesis - Sac got a lot of offense in, but Genesis's rep as total dominator was kept intact as well. During the climax of the match, Genesis hit a side-swipe powerbomb pinning combo. That was the assumed end to the match, but the lights went out before the ref could count to three. When the lights came back, the ref was out and Booker T was there with a steal pipe in his one good hand...and he used it to blast Genesis right b/t the eyes. The Undertaker then came out and Tombstoned Genesis onto a chair. Sac was able to crawl over and make the pin. Sac defeated Genesis at 14:30 to win the World Heavyweight Championship...(CMV1 rating- ***1/4) (CMV1 note- damn good match with an interesting finish that played up to the fact that Genesis intentionally injured Taker and Book, and they were ought to get revenge. Sac and Genesis worked well together...should be interesting to see what goes down w/ the Raw-SD feud now that the World belt returns to Raw).

---World Tag Team Champions Big Show and Kane vs. Flyin' Bryan Costello and L.P. Matthews (w/ Chad Matthews) - Costello and Matthews started off with loads of quick tags to try and keep the much much larger athletes from dominating. However, the tag champs eventually got their domination on. Thanks to some good team work though, the challengers managed to stay in the game. The finish came when Kane chokeslammed LP on the outside, allowing Show to pin Costello with a chokeslam at 13:11....(CMV1 rating- **3/4) (CMV1 note- a strong showing from all involved. It had the potential to be a real style-clash, but it turned out fine with Costello and Matthews doing just enough to keep it realistic. Show and Kane looked dominant, but the smaller challengers use of team work and interference kept them in it).

---WWE Champion Chris Benoit vs. JBL - At around the 8-minute mark, the ref called for the bell b/c he thought JBL tapped to the Crossface. Well, he did, but he also had his arm hanging over the bottom rope. The match was restarted...a lot of really good action ensued, w/ the two really playing to their aggressive sides. Benoit took all Bradshaw could dish out, and the finish came when JBL attempted the Clothesline from Hell, but missed and slammed into the corner. Benoit then rolled him up for the win at 18:19...(CMV1 rating- ***1/2) (CMV1 note- Really good match...Benoit is on a roll right now. I can't remember the last time his match wasn't a PPV match of the night. Good bout that keeps the door open for this feud to continue. That'd probably be the best way to go at this point considering the losses SD has suffered in recent months).

Well, the WWE X-one-X talent have taped their shows through the rest of the year...

WWE X-one-X presents RAW (12/19/05)

-Bischoff explains the rules of the Final Resolution Match- all four guys start in a ladder match...the first guy to grab one of three advancing cards gets the most rest before phase 2 of the match. The ladder match format continues until one man is left w/o an advancing card, meaning he is eliminated. The second phase is a cage match...the last man in the ring is eliminated, while the two that escape face in a street fight to decide the winner.

-FRM qualifer- Edge defeated Mattberg in a 15-minute match - the finish came when Kurt Angle came out and distracted M-berg long enough for Edge to hit the spear for the win.

-Shelton Benjamin defeated IC CHamp Chavo Guerrero in a non-title match - Finish came when Shelton hit the T-Bone for the win. After the match, he went backstage and got an IC title match for NYR.

-World Heavyweight Champion Sac made his triumphant return to Raw. He said he looked forward to the Final Res. match and to seeing what he could do with a ladder, since he's never been in a ladder match. HBK came out and confronted him, though, and challenged him to try and outshine the showstopper.

-Big Show defeated Ric Flair (w/ Trips) - finish came when Show chokeslammed Trips on the outside, then came back in the ring to finish off Flair.

-FRM qualifier- John Cena defeated Kurt Angle in a 17-minute main-event - Finish came when Mattberg gored Angle when the ref's back was turned, allowing Cena to hit the FU for the win. After the match, Mattberg challenged Angle to a match at NYR.

WWE X-one-X presents Smackdown! (12/23/05)

-Genesis called out the Undertaker and Booker T for costing him the World title at Armageddon. The two eventually showed up and ganged up on him. After a commercial, Genesis demanded the two of them in a handicap match. SD GM TRL said he'd give him a handicap match tonight, but Taker wouldn't be involved. "You see, you just missed Taker...he came in here and got himself a match against you on the first edition of SD in 2006." The handicap match he'd get tonight though would put him against Booker T and WWE Champion Chris Benoit.

-Cruiserweight Champion Hurricane Helms and Flyin' Bryan Costello went to a no-contest - The finish came when Rey Mysterio came to the ring and brawled Helms into the crowd. Later on, a match was signed between the two for the 1st SD of the new year.

-Backstage, JBL approached Genesis about the two forming an alliance. Genesis said he didn't need him, but JBL insisted they could help each other. "I'll prove it to ya," said JBL.

-US Champ Dean Koskinas and Maverick defeated Randy Orton and William Regal - Finish came when illegal man Orton tried for an RKO on legal man Dean, only to have the champ toss him over the top rope in counter. Dean then hit the Eye Opener on Regal for the win.

-Backstage, Chad said tough love was not yet in order for Costello. He said losing is no way to get your career on track, but that both of them, along with LP, would get a chance to prove their worth in the 6-man tag he got them signed up for...next

-Chad, LP, and Costello defeated Rey Mysterio, Matt Hardy, and Tajiri - The finish came when LP hit a split-legged moonsault on Tajiri for the win. Costello looked irked that LP got the pin...

-Benoit and Booker T defeated Genesis in a 27-minute main-event - The finish came when the ref got bumped, allowing Benoit and Book to unleash several chair shots. It got a great crowd reax since Genesis had pretty much dominated the faces for the entire match. Benoit and Book hit some good double team moves, including a modified version of the Hart Attack.

Final New Year's Revolution Card

-Final Resolution Match: World Champion Sac vs. HBK vs. Edge vs. John Cena
-Mattberg vs. Kurt Angle
-World Tag Champs Big Show and Kane vs. Triple H and Ric Flair
-Intercontinental Champ Chavo Guerrero vs. Shelton Benjamin

To me, to be a conservative means to conserve the good parts of America and to conserve our Constitution.
Don't miss the recap of WWE X-one-X presents New Year's Revolution, this Sunday, only on United Wrestling Front Forums...

-Final Resolution Match: World Champion Sac vs. HBK vs. Edge vs. John Cena - Sac's first exposure to a ladder comes in perhaps his most difficult title defense yet, against such high-risk legends as HBK and Edge, as well as up-and-comer John Cena, making his PPV main-event debut. Can Sac overcome the odds? Will HBK win his second consecutive Fina Resolution Match? Does Edge have what it takes to regain the gold? Or will John Cena win his first shot at the WWE title? Tune in Sunday to find out!

-Mattberg vs. Kurt Angle- Just under a month ago, these two clashed in a match of the year candidate on Raw w/ Angle getting the victory. Will Mattberg even the odds and put Angle away this time? Read the NYR recap to find out!

-World Tag Champs Big Show and Kane vs. Triple H and Ric Flair- The Tag Champs have seemed unstoppable in their 4 month reign, but they've not faced a team as experienced as former tag champs Trips and Flair. Not to mention that b/t them, the Game and the Nature BOy have a combined 21 World Championship victories. Don't miss NYR to see who wins this tag-team showdown...

-Intercontinental Champ Chavo Guerrero vs. Shelton Benjamin- A month and a half ago, Chavo Guerrero shocked the world when he became the IC champion by defeating Kane and SB in a triple threat match in honor of his beloved uncle, Eddie. Shelton has worked his way back to top contender form, though, and will challenge Chavo for the title at NYR. Can lightning strike twice for Chavo, or will Benjamin add another title reign to his resume?
