Strikeforce CEO Scott Coker commented in a post-show interview last night about the possibility of working with former ECW owner and WWE talent Paul Heyman in the near future. Coker made the comments following the entertaining Strikeforce: Houston event that aired live on Showtime on Saturday evening. Coker told the MMAFighting.com website, "Paul [Heyman"> and I have been talking about doing a couple things together." Coker elaborated, but didn't reveal much in the way of specifics, stating "if it works out, we'll do it. I think it's going to happen." When can we expect to find out what's going on with that interesting situation? Shouldn't be long according to the head hauncho at Strikeforce. "We'll have an announcement in the next couple of weeks." |

That would be interesting. Paul E. himself has said though, right now, nobody in MMA is in any kind of position to f**k with Dana White's throne or the UFC machine... He's got the MMA world tied up in a big bow just as much, if not more-so than Vince McMahon currently has a stranglehold on the wrestling business. |
